Are mid-level managers the ‘forgotten middle’? Find out how harnessing this critical group can help accelerate progress in evolving and transforming your organisational strategy and culture.
We are excited to share insights about the critical role middle managers play in enabling organisations to be ‘change-ready’. In an environment where the only constant is change, it’s not just your senior leaders and high potentials who need to be nurtured and developed. Research tells us that middle managers are just as important – but traditionally receive less investment in their development as leaders.
During this session, we will explore the latest research on the role of middle managers in delivering transformational change, the leadership qualities which matter most, and the implications for both your overall leadership development strategy and delivering on your transformation agenda.
Kate Schliebe and Jocelyn Anso, Senior Principals within the New Zealand Advisory team, will share valuable insights and actionable strategies to help you harness the potential of the forgotten middle to unlock the benefits of being a change-ready organisation.
A recording of the webinar will be sent to all registered attendees.
